Approach:
- One to one Sessions over 6-month period, face to face, virtual or mobile

- Chemistry test between coach & leader.
- Coach meets line manager to understand expectations / context
- 3-way meeting with transitioning leader & their line manger.
- 6 x one to one sessions over 4 – 6 months.
- Final 3-way meeting with line manager to assess progress, objectives and future support.
